Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by The Bannister Method, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Description

The Bannister Method provides personal training, mobility training, fascial stretch therapy, Thai bodywork, and related fitness and wellness services. Our services are designed to help clients improve their physical performance, mobility, and overall wellness.

Assumption of Risk

Physical activity involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By participating in our services, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical exercise and training. You agree to inform your trainer of any physical limitations, health conditions, or injuries before and during sessions.

Appointments and Cancellations

Please review our appointment and cancellation policies:

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system or by contacting us directly.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Late arrivals may result in shortened session time, as we must honor other clients' scheduled appointments.
• No-shows may be charged the full session fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept various forms of payment, which may include cash, credit cards, and approved insurance or HSA/FSA accounts. Package purchases are non-refundable but may be transferable under certain conditions.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of The Bannister Method and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Bannister Method shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for those services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Bannister Method, its owner, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
